ORDER INFORMATION

Where are my order and shipping confirmation emails?

After placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes, followed by a shipping confirmation email 3-5 business days later when the order has been dispatched. If you do not see these in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Where are the instructions to use my FruityBud?

The link to our user guide & video tutorial is in your shipping confirmation email. These are kept online so that we can make updates & improvements quickly to enhance your FruityBud experience.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched in 3-5 business days. Free shipping takes between 7-15 business days and Express shipping takes just 3-6 business days to be delivered. Please note that holidays and weekends do not count as business days.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. You can key in your tracking number (starts with YT or L) in our tracking page to check on the status of your order.

Why is delivery delayed / Will shipping be affected by COVID-19?

As of March 2020, COVID-19 has caused disruptions to shipping around the world. Flight and delivery priority is being given to distribution of essential medical supplies. Please allow an additional week due to the current situation, your order will definitely be delivered.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you replace products that are defective or damaged?

Yes, if the FruityBud you received is defective or damaged, we can replace it free of charge. Our support team will guide you through a simple troubleshooting process and ask for a photo/video. You will not have to return the original order.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they are sent back in their original box. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest return address to you.

How long does a refund take?

Once a refund is issued, your bank will process it within 5-10 business days. For questions about processing times or status of a refund, please contact your bank directly.
